Order by Phone: If you have an urgent request or need something really special, then simply call us ahead of time and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Since Papa Jack's Toys are "hand-made", supply and availability will need to be confirmed.  All non-available items will be available within a two-week timeframe. 

Order by e-mail: Orders may be placed by e-mail. All e-mail orders must be confirmed by Papa Jack's Toys to be accepted. All orders confirmed and accepted will be shipped upon receipt of payment. 

Delivery Service:  All orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail Service. Whether it goes to your home or that of a friend, let us handle the delivery and mailing of your gift to the address of your choosing.Your surprise will surely be perfect! 

Guarantee and Disclosure

All toys are guaranteed to be handmade and as close to the published description as possible. Toys appearance are subject to the availability of certain dark woods as pictured. All toys are glued and doweled and have no nails or staples.  All toys are made of natural wood with no paint or stain. A safe non-toxic toy oil is used to enhance wood finish. Toy may be ordered unfinished for those who are planning to paint toy.
